– Future Student’s Visa Extensions
If you have been issued a visa already and decided to travel later, you must inform your institution with a view to updating it. Wishing to defer your studies, you would need to apply for a new visa as your current visa would not cover your complete study period.
– Online Learning at UK Universities
We are expecting that courses at UK universities are going to be partially moving online from September 2020. Many campuses are going to be open, but the mutual learning method will be there, with face-to-face tuition and digital lectures and seminars allowing social distancing guidelines.
Most of the universities also are currently considering different steps of how the study can remain as normal as possible. This includes:
- Extending the way Pre-Sessional English offer might be accessed
- Exploring blended learning options for any students who are unable to attend in September
- January starts in some key subjects
The application deadline was on 30 June through UCAS but YOU CAN STILL APPLY on the regular way through UCAS Clearing.
UCAS Clearing is almost a chance for international students who couldn’t receive an offer due to any of the below main reasons:
- They missed the June 30th deadline and applied later.
- Exam results didn’t meet conditional offer requirements
- No offers were received, or no offers were accepted
The clearing is how UK universities fill vacancies on courses which begin in September, the beginning of the new year. Clearing begins every year in July and lasts until September.
